Practical tools to manage gambling
P56 offers several controls that may be applied immediately or after a short waiting period, intended to help you gamble within your means. Changes to limits follow defined timing to protect users who wish to adjust restrictions.
- Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on funds that may be deposited. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately; increasing or removing a limit takes effect seven days after the request is received.
- Loss limits — specify a maximum amount you are prepared to lose in a fixed period (daily, weekly or monthly). Limit changes are processed in the same manner as deposit limits.
- Time limits — establish the maximum time spent on the platform within a chosen period to maintain balance with other activities.
- Bet limits — cap the amount wagered within a defined period to discourage disproportionate risk.
- Pre‑commitment limits — optional, time‑bounded controls on deposits, losses and time to help maintain discipline; limits take effect according to their defined horizon and adjustment rules.
Limits may be set by you during registration or subsequently via the Responsible Gambling section of your account. Changes to limits that reduce exposure are actioned immediately; increases or revocations become effective after a defined processing period.
Self‑exclusion and account restrictions
P56 provides self‑exclusion for a defined duration, ranging from one day to five years or indefinitely. During exclusion, access to gambling services is blocked and pending wagers are resolved in accordance with applicable rules. Following self‑exclusion, you may withdraw any remaining funds in accordance with our procedures. The decision to enforce exclusion or additional restrictions is taken by the Compliance team in coordination with senior management to protect the player and preserve the integrity of the platform.
Take a break and reality checks
Players may suspend activity for a fixed period through a Take a Break option. We also provide periodic reminders (reality checks) to help you monitor time spent and avoid loss of control. When a break or reality check is active, balance and pending bets are maintained or settled according to the status of each transaction.
Direct marketing and communications
Players may opt out of direct marketing communications at any time. Opt‑out requests are processed within five business days. If you have not accessed your account for a continuous period (e.g., twelve months), marketing communications may be considered withdrawn unless you elect to remain opted in.
